Company Introduction:
SNODE® Pipe Products located in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of North China′s Hebei Province. We are a foundry group that engaged in cast iron products for more than 15 years. We specialized in the production and export sales of Gate Valves and Fire Hydrant Castings, Ductile Iron Pipe Fittings and Accessories, Municipal Castings, Cast Iron Soil Pipe and Fittings, Roof Drains and Floor Drains, Cast Iron Wood Burning Stoves and Fireplace Inserts, Cast Iron Heating Radiators and Customized Casting Products.
SNODE® Pipe Products was initially a family owned foundry solely for gray cast iron, the main export was cast iron soil pipe fittings for building drainage. Later, we developed the ductile iron casting and machining workshop to produce municipal castings, ductile iron pipe fittings, valve and hydrant castings, customized castings and machined components for agriculture machinery and engineering machinery.
In DEC. 2008, SNODE® Pipe Products set up its export company - Shijiazhuang Sainuo Trading Company to cover a full product line of iron castings by directly manufacturing & Setting up manufacturing units jointly with other local foundries and workshops.
The new company would not just supply castings, but also provide a full range of consultancy services, such as Product Design and Development, Supplier Evaluation and Audit, Order Planning and Follow-up, Manufacture Monitoring, Quality & Packing Inspection, Vessel Shipping, etc.
Meanwhile, we have built our standard operating procedure for outsourcing and quality control, incl. Filling in Order Sheet and Quality Checking Report, making Stowage Plan and Loading Supervision, sealing containers & Taking pictures.
All our casting production, outsourcing and export activities are finished under the latest management system of ISO9001 and ISO14001.
